Flamingo Estate took the bright, infamous Guajillo Chiles from Boonville Barn Collective and infused them in their rich, peppery Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The result is packed with warm, fruity heat and a touch of savory tomato — for crudo, eggs, or anything off the grill.

Unfiltered and cold-pressed. Finishing oil; best used raw or off the heat so the chile character stays intact.
